| The chart below outlines the major steps in the process leading to your serving the freshest, most appealing and cost effective beer just about anywhere. You decide how much product you need to produce, and how much space you could possibly allocate for the system (remember, it could be as little as 65 square feet!). | |
| You approve the final drawings, get your permits and licenses, and have your contractor build out the system space (mainly simple plumbing and electrical hook-ups) to our specifications. We supervise the final connections by the trades, train your people and help them produce the first test batch (of course, we all have to sample the product repeatedly to insure its excellent flavor). We return to help with the first transfer and the second brew. From there, we are only a phone call away for further support. |

Over the years, he has garnered gold and silver medals at the World Beer Championships, including World Champion, and at the Great American Beer Festival. Jon is a graduate of the University of Birmingham (U.K.) and the United States Brewers Academy. |
